"Exchange wasn’t lightning fast, but it definitely worked out"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I had to do an exchange. It definitely wasn’t instant, I had to wait a couple days for replies — but they absolutely got it sorted and sent me the right one. Not a perfect process by any means, but it was fair enough, and I’d 100% use melrosestore.com again

My order from Melrose showed up packed way better than I expected. The box was sturdy, everything inside was protected, and there were no dents, leaks, or random damage to deal with. I’m kind of tired of having to chase companies over messed-up deliveries, so it was nice to just open the package and have everything be fine. You can tell they actually put some care into packing it. Happy with how it arrived.

"Pretty good help when I needed it"
I had a question about my order from melrosestore.com, so I messaged customer service not expecting to hear back that quickly.

They replied the same day and explained what was going on with the shipping in a clear way. It felt like an actual person answering me, not some copy-paste response.
I’m giving 4 stars because I still had to wait a bit for the update, but overall they were nice and responsive

I had to send one item back, and it was way easier than I expected. The return label showed up quickly, I printed it while drinking my morning coffee, and dropped the package off later that day. Refund came through a few days after that with no hassle at all

"Looked better online than it did in person"
I ordered from Melrose sometime in late May, or maybe early June, I can’t remember exactly. The item looked a lot nicer in the photos than it did when it arrived. The material felt kind of cheap, and the stitching wasn’t as clean as I expected. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but for the price I thought the quality would be better. Shipping was fine overall, so no big complaint there. It was mostly just the product itself that was disappointing. Not the worst purchase I’ve ever made, but I probably wouldn’t order again

I checked out melrosestore.com it seems okay overall. The site looks decent enough and I didn’t get any super weird vibes or anything, but I still didn’t feel completely confident while browsing. I just wish there was more clear info about who’s behind the store, returns, that kind of stuff, because… yeah.

I’d probably call it average when it comes to trust. Maybe I’d try a small order just to see how it goes, but I don’t think I’d spend a lot there right away. Not saying it’s bad, just that I’d be a little careful before… you know.

"Didn’t hold up for me"
I ordered a phone case from melrosestore.com, and at first, I thought it looked decent when it arrived.

But in my experience, it just didn’t last. After less than two weeks, the corners started peeling, and the clip already felt loose. I hadn’t dropped it or put it through anything rough, just regular use in my bag and pocket.

For what I paid, I personally expected it to be a lot sturdier. I was disappointed, and I don’t think I’d order from there again.
